Armed Forces Day

Location: South Bay, Scarborough

Scarborough has held Armed Forces Day annually since 2009. Scarborough hosted the Armed Forces Day National Event in 2022 and this year the intention is host the town’s event once again within the footprint of the South Bay. The day is always popular with both residents and visitors to the area, with attendance prior to the national event of a minimum of approx 20,000+ each year.
The programme on the day will include air assets, parades including marching bands, veterans and cadets and a variety of equipment demonstrations. Exhibitors will include military, charity and cadet stalls and military vehicle displays.
